Superintendent
White Settlement ISD Superintendent Frank Molinar has served the WSISD community for the past 33 years. Superintendent since 2012, Molinar's experience includes assistant superintendent of human resources and community relations, Liberty Elementary principal, and North Elementary assistant principal.
A 1985 Brewer High School alumni, he began his career in education as a teacher and coach at Brewer Middle School and also held the position at Brewer High School. "I am honored to continue to lead this amazing school district. It's a daily privilege to partner with our staff, families and the community and provide our children with a variety of learning experiences and opportunities that will help them discover their unique gifts and abilities and become exceptional adults."
Molinar has a Masters in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University as well as his superintendent’s certification. He and his wife, Tiffany, have two grown children, Mason and Mollie, who are Brewer High School graduates.
