Brewer Bands earn Sweepstakes and Highest Ratings at Region 30 UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Competition

All three Brewer High School Bands earned trophies at the Region 30 UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Competition.
The Symphonic Band, a Non-Varsity Band, earned Superior ratings from all judges in both stage and sight-reading performances. For the seventh consecutive year, the band earned a Sweepstakes at UIL. Conductor is Stephanie Ballaro.
The Wind Ensemble earned Superior Ratings in the Varsity classification in Stage and Sight-Reading and its 10th consecutive Sweepstakes trophy. Conductor is Andrew Williams.
The Concert Band, classified as a Sub-Non Varsity Band, received the highest rating of Superior from all judges for stage performance and an Excellent Rating in Sight-Reading. Keith Duke is the conductor.
