FFA students place at Leadership Development Events

Several Brewer High School FFA students placed at the District, Tarleton State University and Weatherford College Leadership Development Events.
Brewer High School FFA students recently competed at the District, Tarleton State University and Weatherford College Leadership Development Events (LDE), and several placed in their competitions.
During LDE, members demonstrate their abilities in public speaking, decision making, communication and their knowledge of agriculture and the FFA organization.
District VI LDE winners
Madison Callan, Elizabeth Hamor, Angel Lazaro, Kendis Martinez, Alyssa Mondragon, Isabella Ramirez, Campbell Roe won second place in Agricultural Issues Forum, and they advanced to the Area Competition. Lila Strickland took second in Job Interview, also advancing to Area.

Bralie Stover, Taylor Rangel, Mckenzie Brady, Josiah Ochoa and Terrell Donald, third, Greenhand Skills; Ashlynn Britt, third Senior Creed; Ashlynn Britt, McKinley Foster, M'Kenna Jackson, Lila Strickland, Liberty McDonald, fourth, Agricultural Advocacy; Alicia Oliver, Wendy Mejia and Ariana Ojeda, fourth, Senior Quiz; Mckenzie Brady, Kendis Martinez and Sara Summerville, fifth, Greenhand Quiz; Brielle Martinez, fifth, Senior Spanish Creed; and Liberty McDonald, sixth, Greenhand Creed.
Tarleton State University LDE

Brielle Martinez and Wendy Mejia took fifth and seventh, respectively in Senior Spanish Creed. Ashlynn Britt, McKinley Foster, M'Kenna Jackson, Lila Strickland and Elliana Pomerleau earned eighth in Agricultural Advocacy.
Bralie Stover, Taylor Rangel, McKenzie Brady, Josiah Ochoa and Terrell Donald placed eighth in Greenhand Skills, and Liberty McDonald, 10th in Greenhand Creed.
Weatherford College LDE
Lila Strickland won fourth in Job Interview. Bralie Stover, Taylor Rangel, Mckenzie Brady, Josiah Ochoa and Terrell Donald placed fifth in Greenhand Skills. Brielle Martinez and Wendy Mejia took fifth and seventh, respectively, in Senior Spanish Creed. Ashlynn Britt placed 10th in Senior Creed.
