Lady Bears Softball wins Area Championship, advances to Regional Semi Finals

The Brewer High School softball team defeated Burleson 7-4 in Game 2 to win the Area Championship on May 1. The Lady Bears will take on El Paso Parkland in the Regional Semifinals at Andrews High School.
Game 1: Friday, May 8, 7 p.m.
Game 2: Saturday, 12 p.m. (visitors)
Game 3: Saturday (if needed), immediately following (flip at plate)
Ticket prices will be $5 for adults and $3 for students.
Players are: Sam Aguirre, Ella Glover, Haylie Jimenez, Charisma Johnson, Lilly Meller, Keira Miller, McKenna Oltrogge, Sylver Orebaugh, Ava Pena, Gianna Pleitez, Kamren Pride, Mackenzie Smethers, Cozy Tyson, Jomarys Ferrer Reyes, Abry Urias, Avery Welch and Khloe Winn.
Head Coach is Josh Richards, and assistants are: Calvin Wright, Emily Berryhill and Michaela Castleberry.
