All athletes, band and drill team students in grades 7 through 12 must have a new physical for the 2022-23 school year dated no earlier than May 1.
Band students should follow the directions on the band website.
Prospective athletes, band students and drill team members in 7th-12th grades must complete the forms online in advance.

Event will be limited to 300 students. Student must show proof of purchase to enter. No refunds.
