Superintendent's Message - April 3, 2020
As you've heard by now, the governor has extended the school closures through May 4. We will continue to take each day one day at a time and adhere to the guidance of our state and local officials. Unfortunately, the number of individuals with COVID-19 continues to increase. The most important thing we all can do right now is stay at home! If that’s not possible, practice social distancing by staying 6 feet from others.
Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and countertops. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth, and cover a cough or sneeze with your elbow. If you have symptoms of COVID-19–a fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath, call your doctor. Remember, by staying apart now, we can all be together again faster! Click here for more information about COVID-19.
We have established some guidelines to help you and your student with his/her at home learning experience.

Don’t forget to take advantage of the free breakfast and lunch for students. Families can pick up one breakfast and lunch on Monday, April 6. Beginning Tuesday, April 7, families can pick up 5 meals (breakfast and lunch) on 1 day a week (Tuesday only). The meals are served in a drive-through. Students are no longer required to be in the vehicle; however there are specific guidelines for picking up meals when the child is not in the car. Click here for more details.
We have included several resources on our website to support our families with videos and simple activities that you can do as a family or that your children can do individually.
