Brewer High School students competed in the North Texas Athletic Trainers’ Society Student Symposium Saturday for the first time and won second place overall out of 20 schools in the Ultimate Athletic Training Student Championship.

 

Emily Montes won first place in the Ankle Taping Contest, and Emily Montes, Jayden Williams, and Sarah Summerville took first in the Quiz Bowl Contest.

 

The following students won second in the National Athletic Training Month Video Contest: Zamiyah Broadnax, Mackenzie Decker, Alyssa Gavrel, Connor Morris, Kyleigh Pomerleau, Lianny Castillo, Nicholas Marshall and Savanah Sherwood.
