HOPE Squad is a suicide prevention program in which students in grades four through 12 are nominated by their peers and trained to watch for at-risk students, provide friendship, identify warning signs, and seek help from adults. The goal is to reduce self-destructive behavior and youth suicide by training, building, and creating change in schools and communities.
