About the Superintendent

The Board of Trustees promoted Frank Molinar to superintendent on June 30, 2012. Molinar served as WSISD assistant superintendent of human resources and community relations for the prior five years.

A 1985 Brewer High School alumni, Molinar began his 24-year career in education as a teacher
and coach at Brewer Middle School and also held the position at Brewer High. He served as North Elementary assistant principal for three years and as principal at Liberty Elementary
for six years, where campus accountability ratings improved from Acceptable to Exemplary.

“I was raised in this community, and I am extremely humbled and blessed to have this opportunity to lead such a great district,” he said.

“I take tremendous pride in continuing to make this a wonderful place for our students, staff and
their families. White Settlement ISD has a tradition of excellence, and I am excited about the future of our district.”

Molinar has a masters in educational administration degree from Tarleton State University as well as his superintendent’s certification.

He and his wife, Tiffany, a counselor at the Brewer Middle School have two children, Mason, a 2016 Brewer High School graduate, and Mollie, a sophomore at Brewer High.
