Prospective Vendor Registration
Prospective Vendors who desire to participate in the competitive bidding process will need to register with WSISD. Registration will not add a vendor to the approved vendor list, but rather is used for notification of bid opportunities. Vendor approval status is based on the awarding of bids and proposals. Submitting the Vendor Registration does not imply or guarantee to the submitter the receipt of any invitation to bid or request of proposal released.
If you are not already registered as a potential vendor, you are encouraged to Register in the White Settlement ISD eBid System
, a free service to the supplier community and the primary source to obtain WSISD formal bid information.
Interested Vendors complete these steps
Register with WSISD eBid System
(NOTE, Registration DOES NOT grant Approved Vendor Status)
When entering the company Tax ID number, do not enter any dashes, only numeric.
STEP 2: Receive Login Credentials from WSISD eBid System (Login to Access Help and Quick Start tutorial PLUS access a listing of currently published solicitations)
STEP 3: Respond to a posted WSISD Solicitation for the products and services your company provides.
STEP 4: AWARDED Vendors will be notified of their Approved Vendor status via email.
Registered vendors will automatically receive notifications of bid opportunities for commodity categories that they select but will NOT attain APPROVED VENDOR status unless and until a contract is awarded to the supplier and used by WSISD.
Once WSISD enters a contract, or elects to use a cooperative contract, the vendor is added to the WSISD Approved Vendor list for use by WSISD staff.
Non-Awarded Vendors should monitor their email and the WSISD eBid site as new solicitation opportunities are published.
Vendor Contact Information: Keeping current
Each vendor is responsible for maintaining current information on WSISD's e-bidding site. All bid notifications will be sent to the email address on file; therefore, it is imperative that the vendor information be kept current. Failure to maintain current contact information can result in missed communications and opportunities for submitting bids can be lost.
If the vendor's primary contact person has changed, contact the WSISD Purchasing Department. Other changes can be made on the WSISD's e-bidding site(IonWave). Changes can include change of email, address, or phone.
