Free Meals

White Settlement ISD is excited to inform our families that all students (Virtual and In Person) can receive one free breakfast and lunch meal every school day starting Tuesday, Oct 13 and through the school year. The free meals will also be available to children in the community who do not attend WSISD.

To support families who have been impacted financially during the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure that all children have access to nutritious food, the US Department of Agriculture is funding the program for all school districts who elect to provide the free meals.

In Person Learners will access their meals as usual during their designated meal periods at no cost. Click the link for more details.

This special, free meal program does not include a la carte items such as snacks, ice cream, snack bars, or Bistro items. Students may continue to purchase a la carte and snack items with money in their account or cash in hand.

Virtual Learners can pick up their free meals curbside at specific locations on designated days. Click the link for days, times and locations.

Free and Reduced Meal Applications
If your family is eligible for free and reduced lunch, please still apply for meal benefits at http://brewerbearcafe.com/Free-Meals or a paper application can be requested from your school’s front office. When the current free meal benefit ends, we want to ensure that eligible families continue to receive their students' meal benefits.

Children in our community who do not attend WSISD are also eligible. Click here for details.
