In White Settlement ISD, we strive to implement the Welcoming Pillar and believe it's imperative that we all model a behavior in which our campuses, citizens, families and co-workers all feel welcomed and valued. This is essential in Creating a Culture of High Achievement here in WSISD. This Pillar as well as the Do No Harm and Choice Words pillars should always be modeled by our Central Administration team. By working together as a team, pitching in to help one another no matter what the task, and daily treating our peers with respect, we WILL become the Best District in the Universe.

Leah's peers said "Leah demonstrates these pillars on a daily basis. She always has a great attitude and is willing to pitch in to help. No job is beneath her, and she always makes time to support her peers. Currently, she's stepped in to help Jeannie while she's out recuperating and is always asking how she can help her team members, while doing an outstanding job handling her own responsibilities."
