Career and Technical Education
White Settlement ISD’s growing Career and Technical Education program provides students with a variety of career pathways including Agriculture, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts and Engineering, preparing them for industry-leading professions when they graduate from Brewer High School. WSISD is the only district in Texas to offer an Unmanned Aircraft Systems (drone) program that enables students to receive Federal Aviation Administration certification.
Dual Language
White Settlement ISD offers a variety of academic programs that accommodate our community of diverse learners. The district has an exceptional dual language program, enabling both native Spanish and English speakers to develop proficiency and receive content area instruction in both English and Spanish. Dual Language students are on a pathway to earn the Seal of Biliteracy Award upon graduation.
Dual Credit Academy
White Settlement ISD offers rigorous, college-level curriculum that starts as early as the sixth grade, ensuring that students are ready for post-secondary success. The Dual Credit Academy at Brewer High School enables students to earn college credit while taking high school courses.
STEAM Academy
The North Elementary STEAM Academy serves students in grades kindergarten through fourth grades and integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) into every subject.
