New Student Registration

Please submit all required documents and complete online registration in its entirety. This enables school staff to process online registration and evaluate required paperwork as well as schedule students in the appropriate classes.

Documents to bring to your child's campus or upload during online registration
Parents must bring one copy of the following documents on the day of registration:
 
Parent/Guardian Valid Photo ID (ex. driver's license)
Birth Certificate
Child's Immunization Record
For information concerning immunization requirements, click here.
Child's Social Security Card
Proof of Residency in form of a current lease or utility bill
 
Each new student in first grade and above will also need to present his/her most recent report card.

New Student Registration Process
  1. Complete New Student Registration
  2. Once new student registration is completed, and all required documents and shot records are approved, campus staff will contact you within 3-5 business days to set up an appointment time starting July 25. Failure to upload required documents will delay appointment time.
