How To Put In A Helpdesk Ticket
If you are continuing to have issues with your laptop or none of these were a solution, please submit a help desk ticket in Get Help.  To access Get Help, go to ClassLink.
 
How do I log into my laptop?
1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
2.  Follow the format shown below.
user name and password

 

If the Classlink icon is missing on your Laptop: 
 
Go to ClassLink/BearCloud on our district website:
ClassLink/BearCloud Login Credentials.  Your login username is not the full school email. View below for the formula:
  user name and password
 Teachers should have the username and password if having trouble with the formula above.
 
Missing Something on an iPad
Please check the self-service app and install the app needed or missing.
