Instructional Tech Specialists share expertise at Technology Conference
WSISD's EdTech Bear Bytes team presented several sessions at the Technology Conference for Educators (TCEA). WSISD Instructional Technology Specialist Sarah Arreguin presented Lumio's Classroom Cuisine: a Feast of Educational Resources, which focused on SMART's instructional software, Lumio, and its cross-curricular integration options.
Lumio also selected Arreguin, a Lumio Ambassador, to provide a mini-session at its vendor booth. She presented game-based activities she developed and helped integrate into several classrooms.
WSISD Instructional Tech Specialist Erin Machajewski presented "Cloud Collab: Writing with Collaborative Google Workspace Integrations,” which focused on her research, successes, and implementation of collaborative instructional practices.
Instructional Tech Specialist and IT BEARS teacher Lacey Brewer presented at the convention's Poster Session. She communicated with hundreds of fellow educators about the ins and outs of WSISD’s IT BEARS program and the CTE pathway.
