Registration for 2025-26 School Year Opens May 5!

Welcome! We are thrilled to have you be apart of our Brewer Bear family. Below you 'll find the list of required documents to enroll your child. Please submit all required documents and complete online registration in its entirety. This enables school staff to process online registration and evaluate required paperwork as well as schedule students in the appropriate classes. Welcome to the Brewer Bear family!

Required Documents

Documents to bring to your child's campus or upload during online registration
Parents must bring one copy of the following documents on the day of registration:

Parent/Guardian Valid Photo ID (ex. driver's license)
Birth Certificate
Child's Immunization Record

Child's Social Security Card

Proof of Residency in form of a current lease or utility bill

Each new student in first grade and above will also need to present his/her most recent report card.

*FAA does not currently have any open spaces. Families who are currently on the waiting list can direct questions to the email provided above.

The Fine Arts Academy will relocate to the Tannahill Intermediate site for the 2025-2026 school year and become Fine Arts Academy at Tannahill. The FAA at Tannahill will serve current FAA students as well as additional first through fifth graders in that neighborhood.

New families who do not live within our new attendance zone but are interested in enrolling their child(ren) at FAA will be added to a transfer list. We will be able to accommodate students on the transfer list shortly after school begins. This will ensure that we are sufficiently staffed for the students within our attendance zone and our current families.

More information will be communicated to the community about these procedures during the spring semester so parents can begin making arrangements for enrollment.

High School Registration Steps

1. Click the School Site Locator to determine whether you live in our school district.

2. Gather the required documents.

Registration will not be finalized until the following documents are submitted and verified:

Valid Parent/Guardian Photo ID (ex. driver's license)
Certified Birth Certificate (To order a certified birth certificate, visit Texas.gov.)
Student's Immunization Record
Student's Social Security Card
Proof of Residency (address) in form of a current lease or water, electric or gas bill in parent/guardian name (within 30 days).

3. If you’ve ever had a child enrolled in WSISD, you already have an account. DO NOT PROCEED. Use your Family Skyward Access credentials to login. Contact Amy Moore at amoore@wsisd.net or 817-367-5330 or contact your child’s campus for your Skyward Family Access login credentials.

If you DO NOT have a Skyward Family account, continue to Step 4

4. Complete the online registration. For best results, complete the registration on a computer.

5. Check your email for your account login/password from skywardsupport@wsisd.net.
Use the enrollment link in the email to complete the enrollment application. The required documents will need to be uploaded during this process.

6. Once you have submitted your application, a staff member will process and verify the
required documents. Any documents missing will slow the process down.

7. Upon completed application, you will receive a call from a staff member within 24 to 48 hours to schedule an appointment with the counselor. The parent and student must be present at the time of the appointment.
